After Installing your new Live Wallpaper do the following:
Click on the home button --> menu --> wallpaper --> live wallpaper
1) Find the Live Wallpaper you downloaded and click on it
2) Click on Settings
3) Click on Set Size of animation, Select Big (Default)
4) Click on Frames Per Second(fps), change how fast the animation moves.
5) Click on Set Wallpaper to run your Live Wallpaper
